The Atlantis Tankers Group contracted their newbuildings with the affiliated company Armona Denizcilik AS which was founded for this purpose.

Armona itself contracted with Turkish shipyards for steel construction or complete build projects, serving as main contractor with responsibility for logistics (purchasing), classification issues, design, supervision, quality control and mobilization. Later, with taking on Technical Management, this was extremely advantageous, since the company had detailed knowledge of the vessels and their maintenance.
