Armona Denizcilik has recognized the 10-year service anniversaries of two valued colleagues whose expertise, reliability and long-term commitment continue to strengthen the organization.
On 5 and 6 August 2026, colleagues gathered to celebrate the 10-year service milestones of Aynur Çağman, Senior Accountant, and Ertuğrul Aydın, IT Manager.
Aynur began her journey with Armona Denizcilik in 2016 as an Accountant and has since progressed to Senior Accountant. Her disciplined approach, attention to detail and sense of responsibility have made her a dependable member of the finance team and an important contributor to the continuity of our financial operations.
For the past decade, Ertuğrul has managed and supported the technology needs of both our shore organization and fleet. His technical knowledge, practical judgment and familiarity with our systems have helped maintain continuity across day-to-day operations and made him a trusted point of reference for colleagues.
These anniversaries are not simply measures of time. They represent trust built, knowledge shared, careers developed and progress made together.
