On July 13th, 2012, our Technical Manager organization, Armona Denizcilik AS, was awarded certificates in compliance with the following international standards:
These certifications were awarded by SWEDAC member Turkish Loyd and recognize the dedication of our team, led by DPA Capt. Gökhan Özgal (Management Representative) and his ISO team members. We extend our sincere congratulations for their hard work over the past eight months.
Implementation Across the Fleet
The application of these management systems extends beyond our main office to encompass all vessels managed by Armona Denizcilik. To achieve this, comprehensive training sessions integrating Quality, Environment, and Health Management Systems were conducted for our staff, both in the office and onboard ships. The effectiveness of the training was then thoroughly tested through a vetting process.
Climbing the Ladder of Excellence
By successfully implementing these high standards, we have not only achieved a significant milestone but also fulfilled TMSA Element 10 in Environmental Management. This accomplishment signifies a significant step forward in our overall TMSA compliance.
